Blessed
Pups Rescue
At Blessed Pups we truly care about all
animals. It sickens us to hear of the
horror stories of what some people do
with unwanted pets or pets they can no
longer care for. If you have purchased a
dog/puppy from us in the past and can no
longer  keep it, please contact us. We will
not refund your money, but we will take
any of our dogs back. (Keep in mind that
a shelter/rescue won't pay you!) We will
then take care to place them in an
appropriate home.  Our dogs always have
a loving home with us where they will be
properly cared for.   On occasion we do
have strays/homeless animals available.
Please
contact us for more information.

*Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here,
that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills
for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water, and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill or old are restored to health and vigor.
Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing:
they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.
His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers.
Suddenly he runs from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet,
you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head,
and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet,
so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then, you cross Rainbow Bridge together.....
Meet 2 yr old Libby aka "Spirit". She was rescued less
than a month ago. She had a very severe case of rain
rot, a nasty abcess from a puncture wound and
strangles. She was a very sad little girl. She is doing
much better now but has a ways to go before she is
fully recovered. She is a sweet little girl. She has a fan
in her shelter that she is quite fond of. She thinks she
is staying at the Hilton Inn. Don't tell her any different!!!
These pics were taken less than 3 weeks after she got to us.
She is doing so much better. Keep her in your prayers!!!
After one month...Spirit is doing well and has moved from my daughter
Rachel's to live with her new proud owner Abby (my oldest granddaughter)
where she will be loved and cared for forever. She still has to gain some
weight but other than that she is happy and loves her new home!!!!

ADOPTED BY CYNDI & FAMILY OF OK!!!!!
"Oscar's Story"
Oscar was found by a good friend of mine
abandoned on the side of the road. He was with
a friend of his. They were thin, sick and covered
in demadectic mange. Oscar's friend was so bad
that unfortunately she wasn't able to save him.
My friend treated Oscar and got him healthy
again. As you can see he is a very happy boy
now. He likes to sleep on the couch. He loves
attention and gets along well with other dogs. My
friend would love to keep him, but she is in the
process of moving away to school and isn't going
to be able to take him with her. He will have all
of his shots and is scheduled to be neutered. He
is a very sweet boy and deserves a second
chance. He needs a forever loving home. If you
would like to adopt Oscar please
email me.
Spirit with her new proud owner Abby!!!
"Spirit" in her winter
woolies 10-18-07 all
fattened up for the winter!
"Spirit" is a new woman! She's doing super now!
"Lizzie" Is our latest rescue. She is a very
smart and super sweet girl. She needs lots
of exercise and attention. She LOVES to
go for walks and play in the water hose.
She is scheduled for her spay on May 13th.
We are not sure at this time if we will be
adopting Lizzie out or keeping her here
with us.   Stay tuned for updates!

Update! Lizzie is now spayed and a new
woman! She's all current on her shots and
on heartworm prevention.
Scout is the newest addition
to the pasture. He's an older
guy, but sweet as they come.
We will update with new
pictures as he gets better.
Blondie was rescued several
months ago. She's had a few
vet visits to get her teeth in
order and been put on a
healthy complete diet for
senior horses. She is now
living with Spirit. They are best
buddies.
